The weekend of May 10 and 8.9, Ardèche Miniatures hosting a gathering of amateur models from the 4 corners of France but also from Europe (Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain). For the occasion two additional rail networks will be specially installed indoors. The first, a live steam network (G scale), offers a loop of about forty yards in a Wild West decor representing major U.S. forest holdings of the Rockies and the Appalachians and the American deserts. Highs of about twenty centimeters, the trains running on it to operate entirely driven by steam authentic whistles and hisses. The second network consists of a digital loop which operate the latest technological innovations in model railroading. The control unit synchronizes so amazing maneuvers thus set in motion several locomotives on the same network.
At these friendly encounters, lovers model Saturday, May 9 are invited to discover and share about new models, homemade, commercially unavailable. These little gems of detail are replicas of models that have existed and circulated size on side roads and particularly on the French Railway Vivarais (railcar pool, Mallet Locomotive 404). To add a playful touch to these days, Sunday, May 10, the association "Train Train" by the Doors Valencia, install the parking lot outside a loop steam locomotive and mini-cars in which children can take place.
