The apartment of 120m2 has three bedrooms.
We did only occasionally, because we now live abroad ... Also, you can have a room with us.

The 9th is the smallest district of Paris, family and center! The metro station closest to us Liege, line 13 (the blue sky) but the station Trinité d'Estienne-d'orves is not far away (green line 12) and then Place de Clichy / St Lazare.
The neighborhood is nice! In our street ... Casino de Paris and the Theatre of the work, two steps, the small theater in Paris, Galeries Lafayette and if we expand the circle a bit, Opera, Olympia, ... I'm doing this walk is so nice and not far at all!

We rent from 3 nights at the following rates:
bedroom with bed 160 / 100 euros per night,
bedroom with bed 140 / 80 euros per night,
A room with bed 90 / 50 euros a night,
A family with children (large and small room) 140 euros / Night
Your bed is made for your arrival of course!
* Contact us for availability of the apartment complete without another tenant, if possible
/ 200 euros per night.
Each room can be rented independently of each other, we must agree to share common parts with other tourists and ourselves occasionally (except in the case of rental of the apartment, of course! In this If you're at home).
